To get started, simply fill out the contact form on our website or call us directly to schedule a consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your goals, health status, and create a personalized fitness plan.
3. What are your operating hours?
Sessions are offered throughout the week Monday through Friday with select training options available on Saturdays.

4. How long are the training sessions?
Sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes.
5. What kind of equipment do you use?
We use a variety of functional training tools like kettlebells and bands, as well as traditional lifts like barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight.
6. Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Health and Safety

7. Do I need a doctor's clearance before starting a training program?
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, it is recommended that you consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise program.
8. What if I get injured during a session?
We take safety very seriously and have first aid kits on site. In the event of an injury, we will provide immediate care and recommend seeking medical attention if necessary.

Online Coaching

11. What is online coaching?
Online coaching is a form of personal training that takes shapes in the modern form of virtulatiy. Subscribing to the idea that convenience drives consistency, our online training allows you to control your training schedule while still accessing coaching from a professional.
12. How does online coaching work?
Our online coaching provides customized training powered by TrueCoach. Using video demos and detailed descriptions, each workout is organized into a schedule. Other TrueCoach features include habit tracking, progress tracking, progress photos, workout tracker, exercise library, etc.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

14. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
